Sacramental Records are available upon request. Please be prepared with as much information about the administration of the sacrament as you have. There is a $5 suggested donation for records requests; we can mail them or hold them for pickup at the parish office. Please allow approximately one week for all records requests.

Please note that St. Anthony of Padua maintains records for sacraments administered at the chapel at Jesuit High School.

Records from Sacred Heart of Jesus Church must be requested from the Archdiocese of New Orleans Office of Archives.
